Our mission is to grow fruit, vegetables and herbs that can be used for class cooking sessions.
Students learn about all aspects of gardening including composting, soil quality, seed raising, maintaining healthy plants, in addition to organic pest and weed control.
Students enjoy the practical hands-on approach towards learning, and are involved in activities that foster an understanding of sustainability.
Throughout this educational and fun process, students are encouraged to explore new foods and flavours.
