Enrolments
Thank you for choosing Onslow School for your child. We look forward to meeting you in person during the enrolment process. We value every student and family who becomes a part of our community.
You will need to enrol your child in school in 2024, if they will be:
- five years old on or before 30th June 2024 (Pre-Primary is compulsory)
- twelve years old on or before 30th June 2024
- changing schools or starting school in WA from another state
Kindergarten is not compulsory, however children who turn four on or before 30th June 2024 can be enrolled, and parents are encouraged to do so.
Enrolment Procedures
Follow these easy steps to enrol your child:
- Enrolment forms can be downloaded from links below or collected in person from the school office.
- Please contact the school if you need help with your enrolment forms or the enrolment process.
- Once completed, return all documents, along with the student’s birth certificate and or passport to the school office.
- For identity purposes, enrolment forms must include a copy of the student’s original birth certificate if born in Australia. If born outside of Australia, a Passport, Visa or Citizenship papers are required.
(Please also include three forms of proof of residence.) - Once completed, return all documents to the school office or email to onslow.ps@education.wa.edu.au and provide copies of: your child’s birth certificate, your child’s immunisation records, copies of Family Court orders for confirmation of proof of name or custody arrangements.
- Once you arrive you will receive a consent form pack to sign and hand back.
